滑片式压缩机采用传统的技术,以较低的速度直接进行驱动。转子是连续运行的部件,上面有若干个沿长度方向切割的槽,其中插有可在油膜上滑动的滑片。
The sliding vane compressor adopts the traditional technology to drive
directly at a lower speed. The rotor is a continuously running
component, which is provided with a number of grooves cut along the
length direction, in which sliding plates that can slide on the oil film
are inserted.
转子在气缸的定子中旋转,在旋转期间,离心力将滑片从槽中甩出,形成一个个单独的压缩室,旋转使压缩室的体积不断减小,空气压力不断增大,通过注入加压油来控制压缩产生的热量, 进而就完成了对空气的压缩。
The rotor rotates in the stator of the cylinder. During the rotation,
the centrifugal force throws the sliding plate out of the slot to form
individual compression chambers. The rotation reduces the volume of the
compression chamber and increases the air pressure. By injecting
pressurized oil to control the heat generated by compression, the air
compression is completed.
